What are your minimum order quantities (MOQ)?
Minimum order quantities vary by SKU, purity grade, and current availability — some catalog items start at 1 g, others at 10 g or higher. Contact us for the current MOQ and sample policy for your specific product.
How do I request a quote or sample?
Submit an inquiry through the contact form on any product page or via the "Submit RFQ" button in the navigation bar. Please include the product name, desired quantity, purity requirement, and your shipping destination. If the material has a CAS number, you can add it in the notes. Our technical desk reviews each inquiry and follows up with the relevant quote or documentation.
What documentation do you provide with each shipment?
Every shipment includes a Certificate of Analysis (COA) matching the specific batch ID, a Safety Data Sheet (SDS/MSDS) in current GHS format, and a Technical Data Sheet (TDS) upon request. Third-party re-testing is available for an additional fee.
How should peptides be stored?
Our peptides are supplied as lyophilized powders. For long-term storage, keep the sealed vial at -20 °C, protected from light and moisture. Let the vial equilibrate to room temperature before opening to avoid condensation; once opened, minimize exposure to moisture and air. The conditions listed on each product page and in the COA take precedence.
What payment methods and trade terms do you accept?
We commonly support T/T (wire transfer) and L/C (Letter of Credit). Payment terms, Incoterms, and credit terms are confirmed per order.
Can you custom-synthesize a peptide that is not in your catalog?
Yes. We offer custom peptide synthesis services for sequences, modifications (acetylation, amidation, lipidation, biotinylation, etc.), and purity grades outside our standard portfolio. Provide the full amino acid sequence, desired modifications, required purity, and target quantity — our team will review the sequence and requirements, then follow up with feasibility, timeline, and required documentation.
Are your peptides compliant with international cosmetic regulations?
Our peptides are supplied as cosmetic ingredients for cosmetic formulation and product development. We provide INCI nomenclature, CAS registry numbers, and supporting documentation for EU Cosmetics Regulation (EC 1223/2009), US FDA MoCRA, and other regional frameworks. Clients are responsible for verifying compliance within their specific finished product categories and target markets.
What purity grades are available, and how do you verify them?
Our standard grades are ≥98.0% and ≥99.0% by HPLC. Each batch ships with RP-HPLC and mass spectrometry (ESI-MS or MALDI-TOF) analysis reports, reviewed against the COA before release. Retained batch samples are archived for 24 months for post-shipment verification.
